Vacant & Occupied Staging
Vacant and occupied home staging are two distinct approaches to preparing a property for sale, each with its own advantages. Vacant home staging involves furnishing and decorating an empty property to showcase its potential, making it easier for buyers to visualize how they would use the space. We have a 17,000 sq ft warehouse with all sizes, colors, and styles of furnishings and decor to suit any home needs. This inventory is rented to the client on a month-to-month basis. On the other hand, occupied home staging focuses on enhancing the existing furniture and decor, decluttering, and making minor adjustments to showcase the home's strengths while also reflecting the seller's personal style. Often we provide a hybrid of these two services where as the homeowner’s existing furnishings are combined with rented staging furniture. This can be a cost effective way to get the property ready for the real estate market while staying within a lower budget range.
Both of these staging methods aim to highlight the property's best features, create a welcoming environment, and ultimately increase the chances of a quicker sale at a favorable price. If you have an interest in getting a quote for these services, please contact us here or give us a call.
