Occupied Staging
Occupied home staging involves using some of the Homeowner’s existing furniture and/or accessories in conjunction with items provided by Eye for Design. The Homeowner and Designer will meet for an initial consultation, where the Designer can assess the current furnishings to determine what should stay and what should be removed. After the consultation, the Designer will send a Staging Proposal to the Homeowner’s email, which will include a list of inventory we will provide and the cost to complete the project. Once the Staging Proposal is signed, the Designer will carefully select and install the furniture, artwork, and/or accessories into the home in one business day.
The goal of occupied home staging is to showcase the property’s potential, making it simple for buyers to envision how they would use each space and see themselves living there. At Eye For Design Home Staging, our 17,000 sq ft warehouse includes a comprehensive inventory of furnishings and decor in every size, color, and style to suit any home. Items are rented to clients on a convenient, month-to-month basis, with delivery and setup completed by our expert Designers and the Eye for Design Moving Team.
