We have all seen the amazing revitalization of Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati, OH. Even if you don't live there, you have surely enjoyed one of the many restaurants or bars that have taken root as a result of the housing improvements made by OTRCH.

The Over-the-Rhine Community Housing Organization has been here for over forty years, providing the property development, property management, resident services and tenant advocacy that enable the thriving, vibrant, diverse community that we all enjoy today. From providing affordable housing to saving historical buildings to securing employment opportunities for our residents, they are working to build and sustain a neighborhood that values low-income residents and benefits all in the community.

We hope you will join us on March 7th at 11am to celebrate the opening of their latest project--The Barrister at 214-216 E. 9th St. We have staged one of the 44-units that make up this newly renovated apartment complex and we would love to take you in for a tour!
